Web Design Policies
Kansas City Designs creates custom built web sites. No site we design will be exactly like another.
We will do as we promise and within the time we promise. We honor our contracts and commitments. We also do everything within our power to please our customers, even sometimes when it means going the extra mile and beyond our agreement.
Pricing Policy
In most cases we find out as much as we can about your project and then produce a pricing quote which includes the steps, processes and items we will produce. We honor our pricing if we have not marked it as an estimate only and if the scope of the project is not changed by the customer after the pricing quote has been issued.
Customers pay
- 1/2 of the design project price if the total price is under $5,000
- 1/3 of the design project price if the total price is over $5,000
- and all costs (domain registration, hosting, etc.) prior to our beginning a project. The balance of of the project is due within 10 days of project completion and prior to the web site becoming active on the Internet.
